  • Before working with Blake, I was lost, physically and mentally exhausted! My internal stress was causing me to be lazy, emotionally lethargic, and distant.   • Before I started training with Blake, I was really unfit and I had never strength-trained before. I couldn't walk a mile without feeling out of breath, I had a 40% body fat level, and an overweight BMI. I was scared of and disassociated from my own body and had a lot of shame around my fitness. Since I began training with Blake, I have come to actually believe in my ability to make progress with physical fitness if I keep working at it. I have more energy and I can walk up hills without needing breaks. I can do things like lift boxes or suitcases (very useful). I am gentle with myself when there are setbacks. I am actually excited to exercise and having a goal like running a 5k is actually fun to me. I feel like a whole different part of life was opened up to me that I didn't know was possible before.

  • This program caters to the entire well-being, not just reducing calories and increasing activity. Blake really gets to know you, what makes you tick, what you struggle with. He genuinely cares about you getting the most enjoyment out of your life. His concern is about your health and goals and he wants you to be successful. He is also extremely open about sharing his experiences and wants to work with you to find solutions that work for you, not him. He celebrates individuality and all the quirks that sometimes come with it.
